The Elegance of In-Between
TBD
What do you do with your cloths when they are not quite dirty?
With the exception of intimate garments, clothing is usually worn multiple times before being washed. However, putting semi-clean clothes back in the closet feels odd. With this daily dilemma, before you know it, the bedroom becomes cluttered with piles of clothing that exist in limbo between hamper and closet.
TBD is an innovative fusion of a hamper and a hanger that lets you postpone the decision of where to put your worn clothes. With a brass form designed to complement your laundry rather than hide it, TBD is both the focal point of the bedroom and what helps you keep it clean and organized.

Ethnographic research
The research aimed to explore bedroom habits, revealing a common frustration caused by clothes clutter. Individuals change outfits 2-3 times daily and navigate three laundry stages: storing clean clothes, disposing of dirty ones, and accumulating those in-between in piles. To mitigate this issue, I proposed a product offering an accessible, spacious, and appealing solution for organizing clothes that aren't quite dirty, streamlining the decision to either discard or hang them with ease.
