Venting machine
In partnership with Droga5, we developed a unique machine to mark the 10th anniversary of Angry Birds by converting players' anger into rewards. This 30-second interactive game, launched in Times Square, is called the Venting Machine. It encourages players to express their anger in any form—screaming, shaking, punching—and then uses real-time analytics to determine and dispense a prize.

The machine was designed to interact based on player actions, featuring a sophisticated LED matrix where each pixel is equipped with both an LED and an accelerometer to respond dynamically to physical actions like punches and shakes. Additionally, microphones captured sounds such as screaming, while multiple cameras recorded and live-streamed each player's experience directly onto a billboard in Times Square.
